SWRC provides website content for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but conference details, including dates, schedules, speakers, pricing, and availability, may change. Please contact the conference team if you need to confirm a detail before making plans or a purchase.

Registration, payments, and refunds
This website accepts payments for event registration. No physical products are shipped.
A registration cancelled before event registration closes is eligible for a refund of the registration amount less a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds are available after event registration closes.
Changing the person attending an event incurs a $10 change fee, plus any difference between member and nonmember registration rates. The cancellation and change fees cover registration modifications and associated transaction charges.
Registration pages may include additional terms specific to an event or purchase. Please review those details before completing payment. For questions about a registration, contact SWRC through the Contact Us page.
