Creative Skills Mix and Match Workshops
Morning and Afternoon Sessions, Details Below

The Creative Skills Mix-and-Match Sessions are meant to attend one or mix and match your morning and afternoon. These skills-based workshops provide hands-on learning, full of classroom style training. Bring your laptop, your notebook, and get ready to dive deep into technical subjects. You'll walk away with new skills, presented in a tactical learning environment.

Adobe Creative Cloud

Join us to experience customized technology-based learning led by our expert trainer, Claudia McCue. This hands on interactive learning opportunity is dedicated to helping you become comfortable with the complicated features of various tools used every day.

Adobe InDesign (AM Session - 8:00 am to noon): In this fast-paced session, you’ll create a document from the ground up, importing images, formatting text, and exporting to PDF. Attendees will also learn to work with InDesign Preferences. InDesign’s factory settings leave something to be desired. Do you think in picas? No, of course you don’t! You’ll learn how to set up the InDesign environment to be more user-friendly. Doing so with no document open ensures that you’re controlling all future documents, too.

Adobe Tips and Tricks (PM Session - 1:00 to 5:00 pm): Infographics, Interactivity, and InDesign – how to make your proposals and presentations shine. This course is for experienced InDesign and Photoshop users, so if you are attending the AM session as a new InDesign user, you may be overwhelmed by all the tips and tricks in this session.

CRM Workshops

Join us to experience customized technology-based learning led by our expert CRM trainers. These hands on interactive learning opportunities are dedicated to helping you enhance your CRM skills in one of our two workshops led by Cosential and Deltek.

Some of these specific examples include configuring a sales forecast report, next action opportunity report, updating project information workflows, creative merge templates, and customizing iAccess. We round out the workshop with preparing for the future of Vision—Deltek for Professional Services (DPS) and a Tips-and-Tricks Lightning Round. You’ll walk away having built some of the examples shown as well as the skill set to continue making your Vision CRM more effective for your firm.

PM Session (1:00 to 4:00 pm): Cosential, Jan Flesher
Stop Stepping on Toes: Using Cosential Create Streamlined Client Engagement. Let’s make 2018 the year that your firm creates a Client Engagement Plan to support your cross discipline/market selling and internal/external communications. Cosential can be an indispensable tool for tracking upcoming communications, meetings and the like so you can stop having multiple people asking clients the same questions, etc. Business Development teams need Marketing to support these initiatives with a variety of Project Lists that really grab the client’s attention. We will take a look at how you can use Cosential to easily support these two pieces of the Client Engagement process.
