Most conference activities are located in the Tower Building on the Lower Alpine and Terrace Levels.
Getting Here + Parking
Driving? Address to the Garage is 249 15th St, Denver, CO 80202. SWRC attendees receive 25% off Sheraton self-parking. Pick up a parking voucher at registration before leaving each day.
Staying at the Sheraton? Your room key will provide your parking discount when you depart.
Flying into DEN? The airport is approximately 35 minutes from downtown. The RTD A Line, rideshare, taxis and rental cars are all options.

This is your FIRST STOP on your adventure. Stop by to meet one of SWRC's Trail Guides and pick up your name badge, conference swag bag, and parking vouchers if needed.
Registration is located in the Tower Building at Street Level. We’re right next to the Fitness Center and will be staffed at 7:00 AM each morning.

Wednesday: The Journey Begins
Learning Labs - Telluride - 8 - 12 PM & 1 - 5 PM
If you registered for a full-day or half-day Learning Lab, you'll enjoy hands-on sessions setting the stage for a great conference. Full-day attendees will receive morning coffee and a lunch voucher. Additional CEUs beyond the full conference.
First Timers Experience - Directors Row I - 4-5 PM
New to SWRC? Start here! Join SMPS HQ staff to get the lay of the land, connect with fellow first-time attendees, and learn how to make the most of your conference experience. Directors Row I is located just around the corner from the Main Lobby.
Welcome Reception, presented by Testudo Engineering - Parlur - 5-7 PM
Grab a drink, a bite, and meet here for the Denver Dine Around! Meet the explorers you’ll be navigating Uncharted with. This is your first moment to connect, unwind, and find your rhythm before the adventure unfolds.
Denver Dine Around - Reservations Begin at 6:30 PM
Join fellow SWRC attendees to explore Denver's incredible food scene on Wednesday evening. Space is limited, so be sure to make your restaurant reservation in advance.
Note: Each attendee pays for their own meal.

Thursday & Friday: Start Your Adventure Early
The trail starts early! Give yourself plenty of time to park, check in, grab your badge, and get settled before we kick things off at 8:00 AM.

Thursday Night Special Event
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM — Sundeck Social, Presented by Open Asset

If you purchased a Sundeck Social ticket, join us for food, drinks and a great night with your fellow explorers. Limited tickets may be available at registration.
The DAC is approximately 3.5 blocks from the Sheraton, so you can leave your vehicle at the hotel. Discounted $12 parking is also available at the DAC.

Have an hour? Wander downtown, discover Denver’s art and food scenes, or explore neighborhoods like LoDo and RiNo. Have half a day? Venture beyond basecamp to Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, the Botanic Gardens, Golden, and more. Staying for the weekend? The map gets even bigger, with Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and plenty of Colorado adventure waiting beyond the city limits.
